Pitmasters, this is YOUR competition.  Don't hesitate to let me know if you need any special accomodations or if you have suggestions, just let me know. 

General Information for Teams

This year BBQ Pitmasters will compete for $12,850 in cash prizes paying down to 10th place in each category – chicken, pork ribs, pork, and brisket.  KCBS Rules will apply.  Load in can begin as early as 0900 AM on Friday 14 August 2020.  I will provide more information to this site as we move along.  Turn ins will be on Sunday 16 August 2020 on the following schedule:

 

Chicken – 12:00 PM

Ribs – 12:30 PM

Pork – 1:00 PM

Brisket – 1:30 PM

Awards – 4:00 PM

 

Saturday 15 August 2020 we will provide each team one of three different meats.  Currently it looks like we will have salmon, shrimp, and pork ribs to choose from.  As you sample these products to our visitors, they will vote for their favorite in each category.  Winners of the People's Choice will receive cash and trophies/ribbons.
